Description
The Loadmaster manages aircraft turnaround operations, including weight and balance, ramp operations, onboard loading, systems, cabin safety and security, and servicing such as potable water, toilets, and catering. The role coordinates third-party service providers and Network Control, controls load and cargo operations, monitors freighter performance targets, manages ground-service equipment usage, and conducts aircraft turnaround checks. A secondary school degree is desirable, and significant relevant loadmaster experience is preferred; the posting requires at least five years of experience in loadmaster, airline cargo, ground-handler, or similar military operations.
