Description
Lockheed Martin Space is hiring a Loads & Dynamics Engineer to support the Next Generation Interceptor program. The role performs structural dynamics analysis, develops analytical models for vibration, shock, and mechanical loading, conducts component- and system-level loads development, supports testing, analyzes test data, and integrates dynamic requirements into the spacecraft baseline. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in aerospace, structural, or mechanical engineering or a similar technical field, experience with structural dynamics and loads development, finite-element modeling and analysis experience, MATLAB programming experience, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance; US citizenship is required. The full-time salary range is $85,300 to $158,300, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, and other benefits.
