Description
Pavago is hiring a full-time, remote Loan Coordinator / Lender Liaison to manage mortgage loan files from submission through closing. The role coordinates with lending partners, underwriters, and internal teams; tracks documentation, lender requests, deadlines, and loan status; maintains CRM and loan-management records; and identifies process improvements. Candidates need mortgage operations or loan-coordination experience, strong communication and organizational skills, CRM and Google Workspace familiarity, and availability for 30+ hours per week.
