Planet Home Lending is hiring a Loan Counselor to manage delinquent mortgage loans by monitoring collection procedures, contacting mortgagors, negotiating repayment plans, documenting collection activity, and referring borrowers unable to bring loans current to the Mitigation Department. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of collection experience, call-center experience, Microsoft Windows experience, and strong communication, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
