Citi is hiring a Loan Operations Specialist in Warsaw to support loan administration for syndicated and bilateral deals across the UK/E/MEA region. The role investigates and resolves cash exceptions, payable and receivable items, loan documentation and processing issues, control gaps, and complex operational problems; escalates risks to senior management and recommends process improvements. Candidates need advanced English, two years of relevant professional experience, knowledge of loan processes and products, and analytical and risk-management skills. The position is full time, hybrid with two days at home per week, and pays zł90,440.00–zł142,960.00.
