Citi is hiring a Loan Documentation and Processing Associate to prepare, review, process, and close loans in a complex loan operations environment. The role independently resolves loan-related issues, analyzes data and reports, supports process improvement and product launches, identifies policy gaps, and serves as a last-line control for systematic transactions. It requires 2–5 years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and knowledge of loan processes, systems, tools, risk, and controls; Loan IQ experience is preferred. The position is full-time in Tampa, Florida, with a salary range of $56,020 to $78,180 and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
