Plains Land Bank is hiring a full-time, in-office Loan Officer in Perryton, Texas. The role develops and markets new lending business, assists borrowers with credit needs, originates and services loans, makes or conveys lending decisions within delegated authority, manages credit risk, performs financial and credit analyses, handles loan servicing and collections, verifies insurance and taxes, and supports title examination and loan closings. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in business, finance, agricultural economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience), at least two years of loan officer, commercial lending, or sales experience, financial analysis and accounting knowledge, communication skills, and basic Microsoft Office proficiency. An agricultural background is preferred.
