PeopleFund is hiring a Loan Officer to support entrepreneurs and small businesses with financing needs. The role involves generating loan volume and client relationships, screening and educating prospects, conducting credit analysis, preparing loan packages for underwriting, meeting production requirements, managing client and delinquent-account relationships, and supporting community outreach and lending events. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience, at least three years of lending or related financial services experience, strong communication skills, and travel of up to 75% of the time.
