Description
The Commercial Lending Officer analyzes borrower financial statements, cash flow, liquidity, profitability, leverage, collateral, and credit risk; prepares loan presentations; recommends or denies loan requests; monitors covenants and early-warning signs; assists with loan closing and funding; collects loan and overdraft information; meets customers; conducts supervised site visits; and complies with banking and regulatory requirements. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, preferably in accounting and finance, 3–5 years of commercial lending experience, Korean bilingual ability preferred, and intermediate Microsoft skills. The full-time position pays $75,000–$90,000 annually plus bonus and benefits.
