Planet is hiring a Loan Operations Partial Release Specialist III to support mortgage loan operations by researching and processing partial releases involving easements, eminent domain, legal description corrections, community re-plats, and related document review. The role investigates and validates information, communicates with borrowers and external stakeholders, prepares reports and correspondence, reviews legal and regulatory requirements, edits legal documents, maintains records and process documentation, and ensures accuracy and timely completion. A degree, paralegal studies certification, or equivalent experience and at least five years of related experience are required; mortgage experience is preferred.
