Description
The Loan Operations Representative - Servicing supports the lifecycle of loan accounts by responding to lending staff inquiries, processing payments and incoming wires, maintaining accurate loan records, and collaborating with underwriting, collections, and customer service to resolve discrepancies. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of experience in loan servicing, banking, or financial services, and proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office; mortgage or consumer loan experience, lending-regulation knowledge, CRM familiarity, and analytical skills are preferred.
