First Bank & Trust is seeking a Loan Operations Specialist to process daily loan transactions and accounting activities across the organization. The role supports loan officers and processors, handles loan funding, payments, wires, advances, extensions, maintenance, participations, customer and institutional inquiries, workflow processing, transaction corrections, daily general-ledger balancing, verification, compliance, and team training. A high school diploma plus one year of postsecondary education and two years of relevant experience, or equivalent qualifications, is required.
