Description
The Loan Operations Specialist III processes loan payments, funding, bookings, maintenance, modifications, disbursements, wire transfers, payoffs, interest adjustments, charge-offs, recoveries, and related correspondence in the Jack Henry core banking system. The role also assists customers and bank staff with loan inquiries, reconciles general ledger items, prepares participation certificates, and supports compliance with banking policies. It requires a high school diploma, three to five years of banking loan-operations experience, Jack Henry knowledge, bilingual English-Spanish ability, strong computer and communication skills, and attention to detail.
