Description
The Loan Processor Assistant supports Guild Mortgage Company’s regional mortgage operations by reviewing loan files, ordering and uploading documentation, entering data into the origination system, following up with lenders and third parties, clearing underwriting conditions, and helping resolve investor stipulations. The role requires a high school education or equivalent, mortgage lending knowledge, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software. It is primarily sedentary office work with intermittent to low supervision, 0% travel, and a target salary of $17.13 to $21.81, with eligibility for incentive compensation and medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D, LTD, and 401(k) benefits.
