Description
The Sparkasse is hiring a Loan Processing Specialist to process loans, handle purchase-price payments and other bookings, extend or redeem financing arrangements, calculate early-repayment penalties, prepare credit-monitoring sheets, commission property appraisals, draft and monitor security and amendment agreements, and prepare statements of use for ÖMI loans. The role requires loan-processing knowledge, loan-contract and security-law knowledge, collateral-valuation knowledge, and risk awareness.
