Description
The Loan Processor supports the mortgage loan origination process by coordinating borrowers, real estate professionals, attorneys, and underwriting; maintaining processing records; ensuring Fair Housing and other regulatory compliance; and reviewing borrower documentation. The role requires experience in loan origination or mortgage processing, knowledge of Fannie Mae guidelines and mortgage servicing, basic loan calculations, credit analysis, organizational skills, and proficiency with office equipment.
