Arixa Capital is hiring a Loan Processor to support its private lending business by processing bridge and construction loans from application through closing. The role coordinates with client relations, underwriting, escrow, title, and closing teams; manages loan documentation, third-party reports, payoff demands, Salesforce data, deadlines, and underwriting conditions. It is an LA- or PHX-based hybrid position requiring at least two days in the office, with a full-time exempt salary of $80,000 to $90,000 plus discretionary bonus potential and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
