Description
United Bank is hiring a Loan Processor I to process a large volume of varying loans, primarily non-real estate loan production, while following bank policy and federal and state regulations. The role involves preparing and reviewing loan documentation, maintaining collateral tracking and document imaging systems, coordinating with lenders, appraisers, and attorneys, clearing documentation exceptions, answering customer-service calls, and meeting regulatory and compliance requirements. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while an associate’s degree and prior loan documentation experience are preferred; the position requires on-site attendance.
