This role focuses on evaluating and managing loans for community development programs, particularly those targeting first-time homebuyers and low-to-moderate income individuals. Key responsibilities include reviewing loan compliance, recommending program improvements, providing input for marketing efforts, and participating in outreach initiatives like Homebuyer training.
