Description
Consumers Credit Union is hiring a Loan Servicing Account Analyst to support its investor reporting team and manage the secondary market portfolio. The role handles custodial reconciliations, loan-level reporting, investor servicing and compliance, credit bureau reporting, quality control, investor communications, interest accrual monitoring, escrow analysis, collections support, and member service. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, while loan servicing, accounting, or equivalent experience is required; advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge and strong communication and analytical skills are required, with SQL Server knowledge preferred.
