The Loan Servicing HMDA Specialist II reviews loan applications and loan information in the Loan Origination System to determine HMDA reportability, verify compliance with Home Mortgage Disclosure Act requirements, complete and audit HMDA-related fields, coordinate data corrections, and support HMDA policy updates. The role requires broad knowledge of accounting, finance, and business administration, equivalent to a four-year college degree plus four years of related experience or training, strong organizational and analytical skills, and proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, and word processing.
