Description
The Loan Servicing Manager leads daily loan servicing operations for consumer, auto, credit card, mortgage, home equity, and other loan products, overseeing payment processing, account maintenance, collateral, escrow, insurance, title, lien release, and related documentation. The role supervises and develops loan servicing staff, resolves complex member and servicing issues, partners with lending, collections, compliance, accounting, branches, and vendors, monitors quality and regulatory reporting, and supports audits and process improvements. It is a full-time exempt position reporting to a senior lending or loan operations leader and requires at least five years of relevant financial institution experience.
