Description
The Loan Servicing Specialist processes new and closed loan files, handles vehicle title work, mortgages, insurance requirements, loan payments, real estate loans, payoffs, member notices, account research, loan officer support, escrow backup, quality control, and loan reporting. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, preferably an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field, prior loan servicing or similar experience, and proficiency with loan servicing software.
