Description
The Loan Servicing Specialist manages the subservicing process, including loan boarding, wire and escrow fund disbursements, document maintenance, missing-condition resolution, daily and monthly report audits, operational coordination with subservices, payoff monitoring, and regulatory audit support. The role requires mortgage lending and loan servicing experience, knowledge of subservicing workflows and regulatory standards, analytical and communication skills, and experience with Encompass loan origination software; Dovenmuehle Mortgage Inc. experience is preferred.
