Description
The Lobby Attendant – Console Operator supports the safety and security of Greater Lawrence Family Health Center patients, staff, visitors, and facilities by monitoring security cameras, alarm systems, and telephone communications from the Security Command Center. The role responds to alarms and incidents, escalates emergencies, conducts security tours, completes incident and activity logs, provides lobby and guest support, and may use a motor vehicle to respond to incidents at clinic locations. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid Massachusetts driver’s license, reliable transportation, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; healthcare, community services, security, or facilities experience is preferred but not required.
