Description
The role handles guest requests for transportation, reservations, dry cleaning, and other special arrangements; responds to guest calls, messages, questions, and concerns; coordinates with departments such as Bellperson and Housekeeping; provides property and local-area information; monitors the club lounge; documents shift information; and reports accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions. The position requires a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent, no related or supervisory experience, and no license or certification.
