Rixos Premium Seagate is hiring a Lobby Manager to oversee the hotel lobby experience and beverage service. The role manages guest interactions, lobby operations, beverage quality and inventory, team leadership, guest complaints, cross-department coordination, compliance, and operational reporting. Candidates need 3–5 years of hospitality experience, supervisory or management experience, beverage knowledge, and strong communication and leadership skills; hotel management or related qualifications and beverage certifications are preferred.
