APM Group is hiring a Local Area Coordinator to support people with permanent and significant disability, their families, and carers across the Kwinana Town Centre region. The role guides participants through NDIS applications, helps them set goals, connects them with local community services and opportunities, supports NDIS plan use, builds community awareness, and tracks outcomes. Candidates should have relevant or lived experience supporting people with disability, collaborative planning skills, local community knowledge, digital confidence with Microsoft Office 365, and Working with Children and/or Vulnerable People clearance or the ability to obtain it.
