Description
ABB is hiring a Local Division Controller Switzerland for its Motion Traction Division. Reporting to the Global Division Controller, the role leads the finance and controlling agenda for a USD 400 million business, including forecasting, budgeting, financial planning, reporting, performance monitoring, investment and tender processes, internal controls, and continuous improvement. The position also leads the local controlling organization and contributes to global division controlling activities. It is based in Switzerland with a hybrid work model and requires a relevant university degree, at least 10 years of business controlling or related finance experience, people leadership experience, ERP and analytics experience, and fluency in English and German.
