Description
Rustic Pathways is hiring a seasonal Local Greece Program Leader to live in Greece and care for students during experiential travel programs. The role serves as a primary responder in escalated situations, mentors students, manages safety and well-being, coordinates logistics and local vendors, communicates with parents and global staff, and supports cultural and sustainability learning. Applicants need at least two years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, fluency in English and Greek, and CPR and First Aid certification. The position requires 1–8 consecutive weeks in Greece, with weekly compensation of $400–$500.
