Description
This local IT support role supports China HQ in rolling out global IT standards across offices and retail stores. Responsibilities include day-to-day IT support, equipment maintenance, basic network support, PC and endpoint troubleshooting, AV and security-system maintenance, DNS and DHCP administration, IT asset management, and on-site monitoring and issue reporting. The role requires practical knowledge of PC hardware, Windows and macOS, basic TCP/IP and network troubleshooting, and fluency in Arabic and English.
