Telespazio Belgium is hiring a Local Manager - HR Administration, Learning & Development to oversee HR administration and compliance, payroll and benefits, learning and development, project management, process improvement, reporting, and KPI monitoring for the Netherlands and Czech Republic. The role supervises the Netherlands HR team, collaborates with local and international managers, and requires a bachelor’s degree, knowledge of Dutch employment law, HR systems, Microsoft Office, English, and strong organizational and communication skills. The position is on a one-year renewable contract with mandatory onsite work for six months followed by a hybrid arrangement, and is based in Katwijk, the Netherlands.
