Vattenfall Services Nordic AB is hiring two Department Managers for its Lines Southwest business area, based in Västra Götaland County or Värmland County. The role manages a group of approximately 20 employees involved in maintenance, service, fault repair, new construction, and projects across 0.4–40 kV overhead and underground cable networks. Responsibilities include personnel and resource planning, finance, customer relations, procurement, tendering, contract management, and business development, with safety as the highest priority. Candidates should have contracting, customer and supplier relations, financial follow-up, contract management, and leadership experience; fluent Swedish, a category B driving licence, and the ability to travel within the area are required.
