Description
Rustic Pathways is hiring a seasonal Local Program Leader for Spain to care for and mentor students during experiential travel programs. The role serves as a primary responder in escalated situations, coordinates logistics and communication with local vendors, parents, and global staff, and supports student safety, well-being, cultural understanding, and responsible travel. Applicants need at least two years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, fluency in English and Spanish, and CPR and First Aid certification. The position requires at least 1–8 consecutive weeks in Spain, with a weekly rate of $400–$500.
