2K Games is hiring a Game Localization Lead to own the linguistic direction, quality, and final sign-off for Polish content across its game portfolio. This individual-contributor role leads localization strategy, glossaries, style guides, cultural risk mitigation, linguistic escalations, QA bug triage, voiceover production, and compliance with Polish age-rating and platform requirements. The role also supervises junior linguists and vendors, advises on UI fonts, and contributes to global localization initiatives. Candidates need professional localization experience, native Polish fluency, advanced English, strong cultural and gaming knowledge, and familiarity with localization tools; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
