Description
The Localization Program Manager will design, establish, and scale an end-to-end global localization operation, including the localization operating model, TMS architecture, CrowdIn Enterprise configuration, CI/CD integrations, linguistic asset management, vendor and agency relationships, and cross-functional alignment with Product, Engineering, Design, Legal, and compliance teams. The role requires at least six years of localization program management, internationalization, or localization operations experience in technology or fintech, along with hands-on CrowdIn expertise, knowledge of CI/CD and localization file formats, and experience with vendor SLAs and budgets.
