Apple is hiring a Location Estimation Engineer to research, design, develop, debug, and support location estimation software for location-aware mobile experiences. The role involves qualifying performance, supporting commercialization across multiple hardware families, and collaborating with internal and external customers. The position requires a graduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or a bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience in positioning and Bayesian estimation, along with proficiency in Bayesian estimation, Kalman filtering, statistics, C++, and object-oriented programming.
