Description
The Location Manager will lead day-to-day operations of a Richmond, Virginia location, including team leadership and development, sales and customer experience, budget and payroll oversight, inventory and delivery coordination, safety compliance, and operational improvement. The role requires prior tire-industry or related experience, management experience in a retail, commercial, automotive, service, or related environment, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work a flexible schedule. Compensation is $80,000–$95,000 annually plus a profit bonus program.
