Description
The Grain Elevator Operations Manager directs grain elevator operations, maintenance, cleanliness, product quality control, seed and feed sales, and customer service; supervises full- and part-time employees; and completes special projects. The role requires agronomy or related agricultural education or five years of grain and agronomy experience, grain-elevator machinery knowledge, seed, feed, chemical, and fertilizer knowledge, a Class 7B grain fumigation license, a Class A CDL with Haz Mat endorsement, and the ability to work independently in physically demanding conditions.
