NVIDIA is hiring a Logic Design Engineer for its CPU core team to own a design unit, contribute to micro-architecture, write RTL and documentation, and collaborate with verification and implementation teams to meet timing, area, performance, and power goals. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field or equivalent experience, at least two years of processor or related high-performance semiconductor design experience, hardware description language expertise, and strong communication skills; computer architecture and AI-assisted development experience are desirable.
