Description
NextSilicon is hiring a Logic Design Group Lead to lead the architecture of future chips, manage managers and technical leads, and remain hands-on with architectural decisions and technical execution. The role owns group milestones and timelines, develops group architecture and technical expertise, coordinates with software, architecture, verification, backend engineering, and other teams, and contributes to system-level front-end activities. Candidates need a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, at least 8 years of digital design experience with complex blocks, at least 5 years as a design team leader, and experience with high-speed and low-power design, front-end tools, and analysis.
