Description
The Project and Program Manager will lead project and program management for Asia Logistics Operations, driving AI and automation adoption, operational transformation, ERP, OTM, GTM, and WMS implementations, and performance improvement initiatives. The role partners with IT, Global COE, Manufacturing, and senior leadership; develops and mentors team members; and supports safety, compliance, CSR, and other company programs. A bachelor’s degree and at least five years of experience, preferably in supply chain and logistics, are required, along with project and improvement management, stakeholder influence, and proficiency with Oracle Cloud, OTM/GTM, WMS, automation tools, MS Office, and Power BI.
