Foundational is hiring a Logistics & Customs Coordinator in London on a full-time, on-site basis to plan and book international freight for high-value, sensitive equipment, manage customs documentation, duties, import VAT, temporary-import processes, export compliance, inventory, and relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and host sites. The role requires international logistics or freight-forwarding experience, knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and HS codes, strong organisation, attention to detail, and spreadsheet and logistics-system skills; export controls, dual-use goods, scientific or industrial equipment, and Spanish are listed as nice to have.
