Description
Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor, this role handles shipment receiving, cleaning and reassembling home testing devices, uploading test data, processing paperwork, charging and programming devices, shipping them, performing shipping quality assurance, troubleshooting shipping issues, updating invalid addresses, monitoring transit reports, and restocking supplies as needed. The position requires proficiency with MS Internet Explorer, Excel, and other MS Office programs, strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 35 pounds and work flexible hours. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of logistics experience.
