Description
Cotap is hiring a Logistics and Transport Manager to oversee the end-to-end logistics and transport operation from its distribution center to customers. The role manages performance, capacity, service, people, resources, external partners, and SLAs; leads cross-functional teams; drives data-driven improvements, LEAN, operational excellence, and automation; and advises senior management on strategy and investments. The position requires at least 10 years of logistics and transport leadership experience, knowledge of ERP, WMS, and TMS systems, and experience with process optimization and logistics automation.
