The role involves selecting transportation modes, dispatching cargo, preparing shipping documentation and invoices, managing orders and ASNs, coordinating with carriers, suppliers, warehouses, and internal customers, monitoring KPIs, planning demand, and ensuring tax, operational, documentation, and safety compliance.
