Description
The Associate will support HelloFresh’s Logistics Operations Center by managing outbound transportation scheduling, line-haul tracking, spot-market freight negotiations, exception recovery, and cross-functional shipping execution. The role analyzes real-time data, develops contingency plans, monitors service-level metrics, coordinates with distribution centers and carriers, and improves operational processes. It requires a bachelor’s degree, two years of experience solving complex analytical problems, up to 10% travel within the United States, and a Sunday–Wednesday, 7 a.m.–5 p.m. CST schedule.
