The successful candidate will lead and develop a team of four individuals responsible for optimizing existing processes and creating new structures within the logistics department. This includes ensuring reliable material supply, meeting quality, timing, and stock targets, and continuously developing areas such as material and component storage, tool management, measurement and testing equipment management, packaging, and dispatch. The role involves establishing efficient processes and transparent structures during the setup of the logistics organization in Eschenlohe, collaborating with various departments like production, procurement, preparation, quality assurance, and sales to ensure smooth material flows along the value chain.
