OEC Group is hiring an entry-level Logistics Client Support Representative in Itasca, Illinois. The role manages customer relationships, provides freight solutions and shipment updates, coordinates and tracks ocean and air shipments, resolves transportation issues, works with logistics partners, maintains records and compliance, and handles invoice and AP/AR discrepancies. The position is full-time with a Monday-Friday hybrid schedule, offers $50,000-$60,000 annually, and prefers at least one year of relevant logistics experience and a bachelor's degree.
