OEC Group is hiring an entry-level, Korean-bilingual Logistics Client Support Representative in New Hyde Park, New York. The role provides customer service for import and export freight forwarding, including creating customer profiles in CargoWise, providing quotations, tracking shipments, communicating shipment updates, validating ocean and air bookings, handling customer requests, and directing inquiries. Korean fluency, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong organization, follow-up and communication skills are required; import freight forwarding experience, CargoWise experience, and a bachelor's degree are preferred. The position is full-time, hybrid, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST, with an annual salary of $55,000-$65,000.
